Who it suits

  • Growing MSMEs where the owner is still the finance department.
  • Multi-location businesses: hotels, restaurants, clinics, retail and co-living.
  • Startups preparing for bank finance or investor conversations.
  • Groups with several entities that need consolidated visibility.

Experience behind it

The service draws on in-house finance leadership experience: budgeting and forecasting for a multi-resort hospitality group, FP&A in a growth-stage agri-tech company, and treasury and working-capital control. Reporting is built in Power BI and Excel around the decisions the business actually makes.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a virtual CFO and an accountant?
An accountant records transactions and prepares compliance filings. A virtual CFO uses that data to produce MIS, forecasts and budgets and reviews them with the owner to support decisions.
Do I need to change my accounting software?
Usually not. Tally, Zoho Books and QuickBooks all work; the chart of accounts may be restructured so reports match how the business is managed.
How soon will I see the first MIS?
A first MIS is typically available after the first full month-end close. It becomes reliable after two or three cycles once opening balances and mappings are cleaned up.
Can you work with my existing accountant?
Yes. Many engagements keep the in-house accountant for day-to-day entries while the virtual CFO reviews, closes and reports.
